We accept referrals from probation departments, community supervision agencies, courts, treatment providers, behavioral health organizations, reentry programs, and community partners.

Referral Process
Submit Referral: Complete referral information and requested services.
Review: Referral information is reviewed for program availability and fit.
Enrollment: Participant completes enrollment requirements and receives scheduling information.
Program Participation: Participant begins structured programming and progress tracking.
